Our current Collective Agreement with Canada Post runs from January 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2026, and it remains in force only until a new agreement is signed. That next agreement will shape our working conditions, protections, and rights for years to come — and the time to influence it is right now.
The National Negotiation Team is already preparing demands for the upcoming round of bargaining. Your voice, your experience, and your needs must be part of that process. If there is anything you want to see changed, strengthened, or added to the Collective Agreement, this is your moment to speak up.

You may submit as many demands as you wish, using one form per demand (available here). Please include your name (printed), your post office, and the Article number from the current Collective Agreement that your demand relates to. Add a brief description of the change or addition you are proposing.
